Insight Global is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a premier healthcare provider in Louisville, KY. This will be a contracted role. The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications. This fully remote position requires at least three years of proven experience with HCHB in a support or implementation role. The analyst is responsible for providing technical support, optimizing workflows and system functionality, implementing enhancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity, improve operational efficiency, and deliver training and technical guidance to clinical staff. Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in HCHB and a strong ability to drive system improvements that support clinical operations effectively.

Skills and Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years in the Home Health industry, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting/implementing the HomeCare/Homebase EMR system.
· Understanding of Home Health regulations and operational workflows
· Experience managing, delegating, and resolving tickets with the SNOW platform.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and Microsoft Windows 10 and Office365 Associate Degree or BA in related field or equivalent experience preferred
