And we want you\. **Master Data and Procurement Systems** Bring your skills and experience as a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and drive automation and system integration within our procurement processes\. In this role, you will collaborate with company leaders, developers, business users, software providers, and external integrators to identify, develop, and implement process automation opportunities across Bell's procurement systems\. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of procurement operations with technical expertise in Python scripting, API interaction, and data extraction to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure compliance\. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex process challenges, sharpen technical skills, and build leadership and communication experience while working closely with internal customers and cross\-functional departments\. **What you’ll be doing as a Business Systems Analyst** * Design and implement automated solutions to streamline supply chain processes and eliminate manual touchpoints\. * Integrate data and workflows between Ariba, SAP, and legacy systems using APIs and Python scripts\. * Support the transition of processes from CLM and SNC to Ariba\. * Partner with IT and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions that align with business needs\. * Develop, maintain, and document Python scripts, SQL queries, and process automation logic\. * Perform data analysis and cleansing to support operational reporting and decision\-making\. * Troubleshoot and resolve system or integration issues in collaboration with technical teams\. * Create and maintain user documentation, process maps, and training materials\. **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring To this Role** * Expertise in designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline procurement processes and eliminate manual touchpoints\. * Proficiency in integrating data and workflows between systems using APIs and Python scripts, with a focus on aligning technical solutions to business needs\. * Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including IT and functional teams, to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions that support organizational goals\. * Experience in developing, maintaining, and documenting Python scripts, SQL queries, and process automation logic to enhance operational efficiency\. * Critical thinking and problem\-solving skills to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot system or integration challenges, and develop innovative solutions with the adaptability to connect ideas across disciplines, identify patterns, and make informed decisions in dynamic environments\. * Excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, and provide clear documentation, process maps, and training materials\. * Skilled in developing automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms\. * Strong understanding of procurement workflows, data dependencies, and system integration as well as familiarity with SharePoint workflow, app development, SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office tools\. **What you need to be successful** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field\. * 2 years of experience in supply chain systems, process automation, or business systems analysis\. * Proficiency in Python \(automation, data parsing, API calls\), SQL \(queries and data validation\), and/or REST APIs / JSON \(integration and data exchange\)\. **What we offer you in return** * You’ll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule * 80 hours of Personal Time Off \(PTO\) * 120 hours Vacation time * 12\-13 paid holidays per year * 6 weeks parental leave * Tuition reimbursement * Competitive salary * Comprehensive health insurance * On\-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor * Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups * And so much more It’s time to make your mark on the future of aviation\.
