Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities: * Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations * Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems * Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff; Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues * Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables * Assess impacts to the business, through the lens of the agent ordering and supporting the project, and the customer (ordering, support, comms, activation, reduce/limit call volume) * Write and submit for approval business deliverables (such as but not limited to use cases, requirements, flow charts) for projects * Present and review with VPs from multiple cross-functional teams * Ensure that the business ask is adhered to and met at grooming and through onto development * Work with PMO team to ensure that the project is kept on track and all stakeholders are kept up to date with project status and details
