Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience working directly with Accela Civic Platform Hands-on experience with Accela scripting, workflows, and record management Familiarity with G-Wizard / G-Wiz tools (preferred but not required) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Experience supporting government or public sector clients is a plus
