In this role, you will partner with the business to validate requirements, design and configure applications, support testing and UAT, and manage solution releases. You will also play an active role in ongoing support, identifying and testing complex scenarios, developing and maintaining custom Power BI reports and dashboards, and supporting data integrations, both manual and automated.

Essential Responsibilities:
Participate in all stages of the project life cycle, supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and evaluation of systems and solutions, while translating business objectives into system requirementsEvaluate technical requests, identify appropriate technology solutions, and optimize both existing and new featuresAct as a business solutions architect by facilitating or participating in workshops across project delivery stagesDemonstrate leadership by taking initiative, identifying new ideas and opportunities for improvement, and driving successful implementation and user adoptionApply and support standard project methods including quality assurance, requirements gathering and validation, risk management, and change managementCommunicate system changes and updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, while enabling cross-functional data and system linkages for a cohesive ecosystemBuild and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure enhancement requests are acknowledged and resolved according to project success criteriaLead planning and execution of cutover and integration strategies, including migration, automated integrations, and testing scenariosCollaborate with Business Intelligence, IS service delivery, and enterprise data management teams to eliminate duplication and errors, deliver low-code and dashboarding solutions, and improve reporting and analyticsQualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in business application consulting and development, with 4+ years in gathering business requirements, detailed design, and facilitating iterative demo/feedback workshops4+ years of experience participating in mid-sized to large implementation projects in a BA or BSA roleExperience with software development practices such as test managementFunctional experience integrating systems with other corporate systems is an assetAccounting Certificates or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation is an assetExperience documenting business processes, building data models, and end-to-end workflows, with the ability to manage ambiguityExpert knowledge of information systems design, combined with demonstrated leadership in business analysis, quality assurance, change management, and project management, with proven ability to identify gaps, risks, and requirementsProficiency with business applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and TeamsTechnical skills including SQL and Python, along with Power App development experience are an assetWorking Conditions:
