Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst. This role is to make sure our systems support business goals and deliver a smooth experience for both employees and customers. This individual will evaluate how internal systems operate, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. You’ll act as the main liaison between users and technical teams, track and resolve system issues, and support the implementation of new features. Day-to-day, you’ll manage digital sales offer configurations, review change requests, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and document how promotions are implemented in catalog and ledger systems. You’ll also create system flow diagrams and use tools like JIRA, Visio, and MS Project to manage work. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in telecom or media industries, and a background in CMS, CRM, and enterprise catalog platforms. This role is 3 days a week onsite in Stamford, CT and pays $60-65hr.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technology-related role (e.g., Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Owner).
- Experience working with systems like CMS (Content Management), CRM (Customer Relationship), and enterprise catalog tools
- Proficient with supporting the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
- Ability to serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
- Experience working in the telecom, media or entertainment industry
○ Must understand subscription based models and pricing, promotions, offers, and e-commerce
- Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (JIRA, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree is required Experience working at Verizon, AT&T, or Comcast null
