Job Family: Business Systems Analysis Job Profile Title: Business Systems Analyst- I Location/ Division Specific Information- SLC/ Grantsville, UT/ P02 How will you make an impact?- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team focused on the manufacturing of energy storage systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling data-driven improvements across our manufacturing processes. What will you do? - + Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, and production) to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making. + Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new technologies, process changes, and capital investments. + Support forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management initiatives. + Translate business needs into technical requirements for digital tools and ERP systems. + Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in energy storage and manufacturing.
