Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is immediately seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a high-impact billing modernization project integrating with legacy systems. This individual must hit the ground running-diving into extensive project documentation and recorded meetings-and begin delivering immediately. The role will focus on process analysis, and leading integration efforts through detailed documentation, user stories, wireframes, and impact analysis. Responsibilities: * Review and interpret project recordings and extensive documentation to gain full context quickly * Lead the development of user stories, process flows, impact analysis, and wireframes for Salesforce and Mulesoft integrations * Conduct dependency tracking and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders * Translate complex integration requirements between Salesforce/Mulesoft and ICOMS/CSG billing systems into actionable deliverables * Collaborate with technical teams and business units to align priorities and manage competing interests * Ensure deliverables follow Agile best practices, including INVEST criteria for user stories * Support end-to-end documentation including functional requirements and as-is/to-be process flows * Utilize JIRA for backlog grooming, story tracking, and sprint planning * Participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as the central liaison between business and development teams
