We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in regulatory reporting and banking domain expertise to support a high-impact initiative. The project is focused on preparing the bank’s systems, data, and processes for compliance with Category III regulatory requirements, as it transitions from a Category II designation. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Single Counterparty Credit Limits (SCCL), Concentration of Principal Exposure (CPE), and Collateral management, and be capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technology delivery. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Gather, document, and analyze business and regulatory requirements for the bank’s transition to Category III status • Lead and support regulatory initiatives related to SCCL, CPE, and Collateral data • Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Data Governance teams to interpret regulatory expectations and translate them into actionable requirements • Create high-quality BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and tested • Participate in system impact analysis, gap assessments, and stakeholder reviews • Support UAT and end-to-end validation for data and reporting processes • Assist in traceability of regulatory requirements across functional and technical layers • Monitor regulatory updates and advise on changes relevant to Category III classification **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Single Counterparty Credit Limits (SCCL), Concentration of Principal Exposure (CPE), and Collateral management, and be capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technology delivery. • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the banking or financial services industry • Strong understanding of Dodd-Frank Act, Federal Reserve regulations, and Category II/III bank classifications • Hands-on experience with SCCL, CPE, and Collateral functional domains • Demonstrated experience with regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., FR Y-15, 2052a, CCAR-related filings is a plus) • Proficient in data mapping, data lineage, and working with data-intensive projects • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to work independently and drive clarity in complex regulatory initiatives • Comfortable working in EST time zone and available for occasional travel to Columbus, OH as needed CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $173,500.00.
