As a Business System Process Manager, you will also be responsible for:
Track and monitor all 'Large Kaizen' events as defined by IET. Ensure monthly updates from stakeholders on progress-to-plan. Validate that Kaizen reports are complete and submitted on time for IET reviews. Ensure all TTI bowlers and countermeasures are updated monthly before Hoshin and program reviews. Create and update a centralized database for business system metrics. Build and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize deployment status and maturity across functions. Generate monthly executive reports on business system progress. Maintain standard work documentation outlining cadence for data collection, reminders, and reporting. Effectively train new and existing stakeholders to align on governance expectations and SOPs. Onboard new Kaizen leaders by walking them through problem solving tools and reporting requirements. Maintain a database of training participants in daily management and problem solving as a part of the adoption goals of business system. Serve as project manager for the overall deployment of the business system across Cordant tracking adoption through the maturity assessment. Maintain the Operational Excellence Event Calendar for the Opex team. Manage project management tools for hygiene, accuracy, and timeliness. Ensure current status is available for weekly Daily Management Staff meetings for Opex. Maintain KPI dashboard for the Operational Excellence function.Fuel your passion!
To be successful in this role you will:
Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and database tools. Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Have a strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.Strong use of Ai Tools and integration of these tools.Work in a way that works for you
