CGI is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA): who is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, a collaborative team player, a Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience with enterprise environments. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** o Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Technical Lead and other stakeholders to understand release requirements o Perform gap analysis and existing /future state process mapping in collaboration with application team o Participate in daily scrum meetings and provide updates on Epic, Features and Stories for new enhancements / maintenance o Clarify any functional/data related requirements to project crew members o Coordinate user acceptance testing and clarify any data/functionality issues o Contribute to release coordination with upstream and downstream dependent applications **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** o Minimum 6+ years in in requirement elicitation, gap analysis and process mapping & documentation o ņ+ years experience in performing SQL data analysis & validation in Oracle, SQL Server and Teradata databases o ņ+ years experience in Finance domain which includes understanding of General Ledger, income statement, Balance sheet, revenue, expense o ņ+ years exposure to informatica and data pipeline concept is a plus o ń+ years experience in collaborating with business and technical teams including Quality Engineers and developers. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $50,800.00 - $137,100.00.
