Business Support Specialist SEA

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
+ Provide support to regional team and activities including SEA and EMAK region
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
**[40%] Marketing duties**
+ Assist Sales team in the coordination of marketing events, logistics and HCP travel arrangements.
+ Assist Marketing manager in coordinating marketing programs, including local and regional product launches and sourcing for suitable gimmicks
+ Creation of marketing collaterals design in accordance with Abbott brand guideline (Flyer, Agenda)
+ Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing communication materials required between country and reginal office, e.g., literatures, catalogue, or product brochures
+ Manage A&P Process: Marketing material Veeva approval in collaboration with APAC marketing, local country RA.
+ Compliance: ACAS event routing approval for regional events
+ Participate in the Marketing Budget cycle
**[40%] Sales duties**
+ Maintaining SEA reports / dashboard with PowerBI team
+ Creation of PO and Payment processing for all SEA countries except for Thailand
+ Vendor management: from creation to payment for all SEA countries except Thailand
+ Maintaining Sales out/inventory reports from distributors and refresh MOH Report
+ Support Sales team on Contract renewal for VN/ID/PH/CA/MM in collaboration with Legal team
+ Adhoc analysis based on Country manager’s request
+ Adhoc support for SG team based on SG sales manager’s request (Groundwork, SI stock packing for case)
**[20%] Regional EMAK duties**
+ Consolidate and send out the EMAK monthly HC reports
+ Provide support to EMAK Marketing and Finance for consolidation, presentations preparations if needed
+ Prepare/Refresh monthly G&O tracking presentation / dashboard in collaboration with PowerBI team (Shixin)
+ Support arrangements for EMAK or leadership meetings, FLSM, Training, Townhall, Corporate communication to whole EMAK team, Kick Off preparation
+ Provide assistance to EMAK General Manager if needed
+ Provide support on admin duties for APAC-EMAK events cross collaboration (Eg: India, Vietnam-China roadshow)
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education
+ Degree in Business /Marketing or relevant specialization
Experience/Background
+ Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team
+ Able to organize and prioritize work
+ Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
