Role Overview:
The Business Support Specialist ensures the smooth functioning of business operations in line with established Business Modules and Operating Principles, while providing critical support to Sales, Commercial, and Regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless business operations according to set Business Modules and Operating Principles.
Actively guide and support the Sales Team to achieve individual and Business Line targets.
Collaborate with the Commercial and Regional FP&A teams to compile the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Support the Pricing and Commercial teams in developing Margin Improvement Plans.
Manage key customer requirements, including pricing, account receivables, cash discounts, and problem resolution.
Handle distributor management, including agreements, bank guarantees, and issue resolution.
Manage Marketing & Sales audits and fulfill internal and external audit requirements.
Assist the Sales Director with reports on sales, margins, opportunity pipelines, and data collection for presentations.
Address queries from Commercial and Regional teams (Pricing, FP&A, Product Management) regarding pricing, margins, and related matters.
Serve as a key user for newly introduced commercial tools and provide training to team members.

Experience/ Qualification:
Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience.
ICWAI qualified.
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) and/or MBA with a specialization in Finance.
