he Business Support Specialist is responsible to the Executive Support Manager for overseeing the daily operations and administrative processes within the DAF PEO C3BM, Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Division. This role requires proficiency in handling taskers and suspenses, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and proficiency in various technical applications and Microsoft applications supporting division operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track DoD taskers and suspenses, ensuring all deadlines are metCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate task completion and SharePoint and Teams requirementsIdentify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and inefficienciesTrain and mentor staff on workflow, task and data management best practicesMaintain accurate records and documentation of all activitiesEnsure compliance with DoD policies and proceduresPerform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to SharePoint.Create, manage, and update SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance with DoD and USAF regulations.Develop and maintain backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to enhance their understanding and use of SharePoint.Assist the Director's Action Group (DAG) Chief in the day to day operations/supervision of the DAG TeamWork Environment:

Required:
7+ years of experience in program analysis/workflow management and executive group management activitiesAn active Top Secret clearance is required to be considered for this positionProficiency in DoD taskers and suspenses managementExperience with a financial and contract management support.Proficiency in configuration, use and management of MS SharePoint and TeamsProficiency in workflow management software and tools, including TMT.Willingness to seek out new projects and show interest in learning new processes and technologiesStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures.Desired:
10+ years of experience in program analysis/workflow management and executive group management activitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldWorkflow management within the DoD or a similar government agencyDirector's Action Group management experienceLeadership experience supervising/mentoring/training team membersExperience in Air Force Command and Control operationsReady to Make a Difference?
