To provide clerical/office support for the center, including, but not limited, to reception, telephone, medical records; surgical scheduling, insurance verification, computer data entry, referrals, retrieval of medical and demographic information from internal and external systems and sources. **Job Requirements** In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: + High School Diploma/G.E.D.- Required + One year's experience in an outpatient clinic, physician office, or health care setting. Previous work history that demonstrates competent office and computer skills, filing, telephone answering, reception. + Proficient knowledge of computer software (EPIC, Google drive experience). + Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Insurance payers. + Attention to detail. + Critical thinking and problem solving. **Where You'll Work** OrthoColorado Hospital is Colorado's only orthopedic specialty hospital and is designed specifically for the orthopedic patient. Located on the St. Anthony Medical Campus, OrthoColorado Hospital is a joint venture between physician investors and CommonSpirit Mountain Region. Our state-of-the-art facility features a 48-bed inpatient unit, including six intermediate care beds and eight operating rooms. All members of our team from pre-operative care through recovery and our in-patient nurses are specialty trained in orthopedics. Our surgeons are renowned for their talent, knowledge and experience in their orthopedic specialties and subspecialties.
