Job Description

The Business Support Coordinator ensures high-quality outcomes by overseeing compliance to delivery, finance and client processes, while partnering across operations.

How you’ll make a difference:

Provide operational and administrative support to Sector Directors, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, event planning, internal reporting, and expense processing.Coordinate and track governance activities such as GNGs, project risk reviews, Healthy Starts, NPS and client surveys, ensuring timely completion and follow-up actions.Partner with Operations Managers, Project Administration, Controls, GBS and EC teams to monitor project performance, drive improvements in cash collection, data quality, time compliance, and resolve issues proactively.Support client, market, pursuit and opportunity reporting, maintaining accurate and current information in Salesforce and producing relevant reports for business line meetings.Champion a quality mindset across the Sector, ensuring consistent application of AECOM policies, procedures and best practices to support optimal project delivery and strategic initiatives.

 

Qualifications

The qualities that help you thrive:

4–5 years’ experience in a similar role, with the ability to step in quickly and operate effectively with minimal ramp-up.Strong communication skills and proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable learning new systems; experience with internal systems is advantageous.Adaptable and self-directed, able to navigate changing priorities and support business needs efficiently.
