We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Dubai office, while also providing remote assistance to our KSA and Jordan offices. This role ensures smooth front-office operations, administrative support, and effective interdepartmental coordination. As the face of the office, the ideal candidate will project professionalism, foster a welcoming environment, and contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture

 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.

Manage mail, courier services, and office supply inventory.

Organize internal events, meetings, and travel logistics.

Provide administrative support in IT coordination, facility services, and PRO tasks (e.g., visas, leases, licensing).

Assist finance with data entry, invoices, reconciliations, and month-end processes.

Maintain accurate records, fixed asset tracking, and compliance documentation.

Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Your ideal background

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business, finance, or communications.

3–5 years’ experience in office administration or support roles.

Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge preferred.

English and Arabic proficiency highly desirable.

Discreet, professional, and service-oriented approach.
