Job Title: Business Support Associate
Location: Baytown, TX
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Our Client:
Our client, a recognized leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Support Associate to join their administrative team. In this role, you will provide essential support across various operational functions, helping ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively contribute to the team's success.
Organize and maintain accurate records to support departmental budgeting and cost-tracking activities
Maintain filing systems and oversee departmental training documentation and compliance
Extract, compile, and summarize data from a variety of sources and reports
Perform administrative tasks related to project closeouts, including managing electronic files using SharePoint
Support logistical planning for site events and team functions
Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working in a project-driven environment is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with additional software such as Visio, SAP, and Learning Management Systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to administrative inquiries effectively
