Job DescriptionAs part of the expansion of Minor Hotels, Centralizing room reservation sales is a strategic move in gaining competitive advantage and resource planning. The role will serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing key reservations strategies to maximize the revenue and profit production of the Minor Hotels.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) related to call quality and productivity.Support the creation, review, and presentation of operational reports, including MH Flow, Live Chat performance, and KPI comparisons.Provide assistance with Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) claims and data privacy requests.Support in handling eGift and GHA Discovery member inquiries.Help update travel agent and company profiles, as well as hotel information in ORS through Zendesk B2B tasks.Provide general administrative support to the Business Support Management team, including assistance with training materials and online learning course creation.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.Preferably in 3rd or 4th year of study with availability for full-time internship (minimum 3 months).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
