Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering premium workplace experience while managing front‑of‑house operations and coordinating soft services such as housekeeping, pantry, and lobby upkeep to ensure a seamless employee and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee reception, helpdesk, lobby management, and guest experience.

Coordinate soft services: housekeeping, pantry, meeting room readiness, and ambience management.

Conduct regular floor walks to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.

Manage meeting room operations, events support, and employee engagement activities.

Handle service requests, feedback, and escalations with timely resolution.

Supervise experience associates and soft services staff for grooming, conduct, and performance.

Liaise with housekeeping, security, and technical teams for smooth operations.

Maintain MIS, daily reports, checklists, and service dashboards.

Ensure adherence to brand standards, workplace aesthetics, and experience guidelines.
