**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Services and will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our business goals. This hybrid role requires the ability to work both remotely and on-site with occasional travel as needed. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of business solutions that meet the needs of our clients + Oversee the development and integration of new systems and processes + Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications + Ensure that solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices + Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement + Develop and maintain documentation for all solutions and processes + Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion + Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions + Provide training and support to end-users as needed + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies + Participate in the development of strategic plans and roadmaps + Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business services and solutions **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in Business Services with at least 12 years of experience + Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing business solutions + Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills + Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model + Be willing to travel as needed for project requirements + Have a proven track record of delivering successful solutions that meet business objectives + Be knowledgeable about industry best practices and emerging technologies + Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Have experience in providing training and support to end-users + Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development + Hold relevant certifications in Business Services or related fields. **Certifications Required** PMP Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
