As a Business Services Officer, you’ll support the efficient operation of our Seniors’ Communities by providing administrative, financial, and project coordination support. Your opportunity
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our Seniors’ Communities villages. You’ll support the Village Business Manager with administrative tasks, financial processes, reporting, and project coordination to enhance resident experiences and operational efficiency.
With integrity and professionalism, you will:
Provide administrative support, including managing suppliers and invoice processing
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to identify trends and support decision-making
Coordinate operational tasks and projects across onsite teams
Maintain accurate records and digital filing systems for compliance and business needs
Facilitate effective communication among village staff to ensure seamless collaboration
What you’ll bring
You are a proactive, organised, hands-on and detail-oriented individual, and thrive in a role where you can enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
You will need:
Degree or formal qualification in Business Administration or related field
Approximately 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong IT literacy , Data Visualisation platforms e.g. Power BI) with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software packages as needed
Strong Excel, MS Teams and Powerpoint skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter who brings enthusiasm and teamwork to every challenge.
