We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Services Executive in the UK.Reporting to the LCS Business Services Team Leader, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Complex Adjusters, ensuring accurate billing, case closure, and debt resolution. Responsibilities include monitoring aged WIP, managing post and CRU tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting payment processing and authorisations. You will assist with internal reporting, time recording, and data reconciliation, while also contributing to task management and dashboard oversight. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, as is a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and supporting the wider Business Services team when required.
