Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $26-28/hour Location: Midland, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ (in-office)Benefits: Comprehensive with 401(k) program, PTO and HolidaysMultiple roles available! Responsibilities Organizes and supports activities for a program, department or initiative. Performs administrative tasks in support of effortEnsures coordination of activities across departments and or individualsProvides general meeting support and schedule coordinationWorks with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the positionMaintain Team Calendar and venue calendarMaintain / Update Team org chartMaintain key vendor contact listAdminister Team SharePoint SiteLogistics for all Well Work Team engagements (Op Supt Meetings / contractormeetings / F2F foremen meetings / ad hoc meetings etc.)Organize venue / cateringSend out calendar notices / eventX etcAssist with agenda prepMaintain sign in sheets / meeting recordsManaging logistics on the day of the eventOrdering materials (signage / posters / branded materials for recognition etc.) and maintaining an inventoryOther administrative duties as required Qualifications Ability to type 50+ WPMSoftware skills / web-based program skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, EventX, Open Invoice / Ticket, Chrome River, Microsoft Share Point, Survey Monkey, SlidoOrganizational skillsAbility to establish and maintain sustainable administrative processesInitiative / ability to work independently with minimal guidanceEvent planning skills (i.e. Well Work F2F meetings in Seminole)Works well under highly adaptive and quickly changing environmentWillingness to serve othersKnowledge of Permian area venues, caterers, printing resources preferredHigh School diploma or GED required
