Reporting to the Manager in the Data Management Organization (DMO), the Business Services Analyst on the DMO Data Optimization Team (DOT) shows successful collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet needs with attention to simplicity of design and ease of use/interaction. You will support master data projects and technology, and provide support to Master Data Operations. The primary focus area of this role will be the Finished Goods domain.
You Will:
Analyze requirements to support the creation/update of solutions to meet business process needs
Develop and test configurations using several tools
Create and maintain master data process documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
Monitor and troubleshoot issues, providing resolutions
Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that inspires action / resolution
Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making
Participate in problem resolution that improves business processes
Work with teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution & completion
Summarizes and communicates recommendations to leadership
Collaborate with peers
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of relevant business experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Can be a self-starter and work independently
Have the capacity to apply critical thinking
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
