Apply now for the position of Business Segment Manager - XRay and you will be ensuring the successful execution of growth strategies, and supporting Business Line leadership in formulating and executing the regional strategy and strategic business initiatives for the designated region.
Your role:
You will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for X-Ray Products within the ASEAN region.You will co-ordinate with country X-Ray Products Business Manager/Product Solutions Manager and Sales team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies to penetrate and expand market development.You will stay attuned to market trends and customer preferences. Utilize insights for mid to long term product decisions and strategic direction.You will implement marketing activities and campaign to improve market share in X-Ray Products.You will support local country teams in maintaining a robust sales funnel, prioritizing high-potential prospects and drive them to successful outcomes.You will provide comprehensive product training to direct sales teams, channel partners, in country Business Manager/ Product Solution Manager to ensure product knowledge and effective value selling techniques. (e.g., tender support, competitive analysis and comparison).You will act as a resource for customer and the sales organization for knowledge on products related to the assigned portfolio.You will engage and develop strong customers relationships (e.g., radiographers, radiologists, surgeons) with key decision makers regarding hospital mid-long term procurement practices and strategies.You will lead conversation in product, market direction in mid to long term planning.You will maintain and develop a regional network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and reference sites jointly driving and influencing other stakeholders within the zone.You will assist in on-site/ virtual customer visits by aligning with all key stakeholders on the objectives of the visit, providing product value proposition.You will identify opportunities in existing Installed based (IB) and convert competitor territories to lay groundwork for future business growth.You will collaborate with regional and global teams to align business development strategies and initiatives.You will coordinate with the product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration.You will facilitate cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve business development challenges.
Your expertise:
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification and formal business training, preferably in radiography, diagnostic imaging or engineering.At least 5 years of clinical sales, marketing or sales management in Healthcare. Experience in managing complex bundled projects is an advantage.Proven ability to effectively manage assigned countries by driving utilization, handling customer relationship management, resolving problems , and executing business planning.Possess a good understanding of the diagnostic imaging market, ideally with extensive knowledge of X-Ray Products.Strong clinical and product knowledge with a high level of solution competence in X-Ray Products, able to engage key stakeholders and present value proposition confidently.Demonstrates a professional presence that influences desired outcomes for both external and internal stakeholders, supported by strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.Excellent planning and organizational abilities including project and time management skills, for managing cross country arrangements.Adhere to the highest ethical standards in all business dealings and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Enjoy working in a team environment and can effectively leverage on other team members to deliver results. Sensitive to cultural diversity and language level. Understanding the ASEAN region and its business practices is essential.Must reside within ASEAN territory and will be required to travel up to 30% - 40% in the region.
