You will utilize your deep understanding of large and complex services engagements to establish strong, trusted relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Develop Trusted Client Relationships: Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through articulating solutions and leveraging expertise in the delivery of complex services. * Drive New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, and assist in winning new business. * Lead Billable Client Activities: Support and lead billable client activities within your area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities. * Manage Financial Success: Oversee the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue through the sales of new business. * Deliver Complex Services: Utilize expertise to deliver complex services, applying knowledge of methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Deep Expertise in Complex Services: Proven experience delivering large and complex services engagements, with a deep understanding of the methods and skills needed to solve business problems in various industries. • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience working with clients in multiple industries, with the ability to articulate solutions and leverage expertise in the delivery of complex services. • Business Development and Sales: Successful track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing and selling solutions, and winning new business. • Financial Management: Experience managing the financial success of engagements, including overseeing revenue generation and ensuring profitable delivery of services. • Trusted Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through expertise and solution articulation. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Complex Services Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of methods and skills needed to solve business problems in various industries, with the ability to articulate solutions and leverage expertise in the delivery of complex services. • Multi-Industry Client Experience: Experience working with clients in multiple industries, with the ability to adapt and apply knowledge to meet unique business needs. • Business Development Acumen: Successful track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing and selling solutions, and winning new business through creative participation in sales activities.
