Building and maintaining strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor at our customers for digital transformation and being accountable for successful execution. Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide valuable future proven IT solutions. * Digital Transformation Leadership: Being an expert and leader for digital transformation projects (application modernization to hybrid-multi-cloud, application maintenance and operations in the cloud, data and AI transformation) from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This involves collaboration as well with our ecosystem partners (AWS, Microsoft, GCP, RadHat, Nordcloud, IBM Technology). * Technology Expertise: Apply your expertise in technology such as hybrid-multi-cloud, application development and modernization, system integration, data architecture, and AI to design and implement innovative and cost efficient solutions that addresses our customer needs. * Team Collaboration: Collaborate with energetic, fun and cross-functional teams, including technical other experts, engineers, data scientists, architects, and business analysts, to ensure excellent project execution and high client satisfaction. * Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, actively contributing to the expansion of IBM Consulting's footprint in the hybrid cloud and data market. Use the ability to leverage your personal network to convert new business opportunities into programs. * Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, whitepapers, and case studies to showcase IBM Consulting's capabilities and insights in the hybrid cloud, Data and AI market. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor's or advanced degree in a field of technology (computer science, data science, or similar). * Languages required: German and English * Extensive experience in consulting, with expert knowledge on modern technology stacks and architecture, application modernization approaches, cloud strategy, data architecture and AI transformation. * Proven track record of leading and delivering digital transformation projects using an agile approach. * Excellent sales and negotiation skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strategic thinking and business acumen. * Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
