Develops strategy for assigned accounts and participates in the development of overall strategy. Responsible for overall performance for assigned accounts and for servicing and selling solutions in other accounts/Industries/Services. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proven experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, ideally with exposure to IT / Digital Consulting / Management Consulting company. * Strong exposure in financial services industry (FSI/FSS) * Strong track record in Strategy & Transformation projects of at least 15 years with 5 years of implementation experience in a large-scale, business transformation across several functional domains, e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytic and Business Planning, etc. * Drive the strategy, sale and closure of deals for select offerings and use cases. **Preferred technical and professional experience** N/A IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
