**Introduction** We are seeking a Business Sales & Delivery Leader to drive hybrid cloud, data transformation, and modernization initiatives from strategy to execution. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, IT transformation, and GenAI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with enterprise clients to define IT strategies, design scalable architectures, and implement cloud solutions that align with both business goals and technical requirements. Through hands-on leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams—including AI, data, and infrastructure—the consultant will play a critical role in driving digital innovation and value realization for our clients. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead hybrid/multi-cloud transformation projects from strategy to implementation * Provide consulting on cloud-native and enterprise application architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, APIs) * Design IT modernization and GenAI-enabled solutions for enterprise environments * Facilitate C-level workshops to define IT strategies and transformation roadmaps * Recommend system architecture that aligns with functional and non-functional requirements, as well as key quality attributes * Provide guidance on data strategy and platform selection aligned with cloud architecture and governance requirements * Develop conceptual, logical, and physical architecture blueprints * Collaborate with AI teams to apply GenAI in business workflows (e.g., analytics, automation) * Create and execute cloud migration strategies with ROI/TCO insights * Mentor architecture and delivery teams to grow technical capabilities * Support sales by shaping hybrid cloud and AI solution proposals * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovations to continuously improve digital transformation services **Required technical and professional expertise** * 15+ years of experience in IT consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise architecture roles * Deep expertise in hybrid/multi-cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., containers, microservices, APIs) * Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud * Proven success in leading complex cloud modernization and application migration projects from strategy through implementation * Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and platform selection for analytics and AI/ML enablement * Familiarity with GenAI use cases and integration methods within enterprise environments * Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to strategic goals and ROI * Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills, especially in C-level settings * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across geographies and time zones * Fluent in industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud, data, and AI IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
