As a business lead, your main focus will be tracking and reporting how the company is performing against existing network agreements, while supporting overall strategy on how that performance ultimately influences the financials. In this role, you will be responsible for the reporting & analytics for a large client in Caremark’s book of business. As a crucial part of the team, you will support senior management with meeting deadlines, understanding financial results, and enhancing current processes needed to make informed decisions on pricing strategies. + Performing regular data pulls and building customized reporting for large PBM clients concentrating on financial performance + Reviewing datasets & performance results, to ensure pricing commitments & strategy is in compliance with contractual requirements + Spearhead collaboration with our clients and other departments to develop analytic models, methodologies, and reports that support CVS Health agreements + Prioritizing competing needs to ensure focus on highest impact activities for PBM clients + Other ad hoc tasks and analyses focusing on financial impact Your success will be determined by your ability to deliver exceptional support to our clients, ensuring we meet contractual commitments and manage risk for the program. You will need to bring a strong analytical mindset to solving problems, in a dynamic environment. **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in data manipulation and analysis (including collegiate studies) **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets with a variety of tools + Knowledge of SAS or other statistical, database software, including STATA, SPSS, R, Python, or SQL + Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry **Education** + College degree or equivalent work experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
