Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or financial reporting role. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and SQL. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools. Strong understanding of financial concepts such as P&L analysis, cost variance, and cash flow modeling. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS). Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies. Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or data analytics credentials (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
