In this role, you’ll support operational and strategic decision-making by transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights, interactive dashboards, and actionable recommendations. What You’ll Do + Analyze large datasets to uncover business insights, trends, and potential issues. + Design, develop, validate, and maintain self-service BI reports, dashboards, extracts, and visualizations—with a strong emphasis on Power BI and Direct to Employer Experience. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver high-value BI solutions. + Serve as a subject matter expert on operational data, BI processes, and data utilization across the business unit. + Provide guidance on BI tools, data sources, and reporting best practices. + Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency. + Work closely with BI program teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency. + Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Required Qualifications Education + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related quantitative field required. + Graduate degree preferred. Experience + Minimum 2 years in a reporting or analytical role. + Healthcare or insurance reporting experience required; medical group or hospital experience preferred. Required Skills + Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPivot, and other Microsoft platforms. + Intermediate knowledge of statistics and analytic methodologies. + Ability to extract, integrate, and interpret data from multiple sources. + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. + Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities. + Detail-oriented with strong listening and problem-solving capabilities. + Ability to engineer and automate data-driven solutions. + Understanding of healthcare operations, including physicians, medical groups, and hospitals. + Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams. + Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed. Preferred Skills + Experience with Tableau, SAP Business Objects (Universes, WEBI, Information Steward, Lumira).
