Position OverviewThe Business Reporting Analyst will support the implementation of new systems and reporting processes for multiple customers. This role is heavily focused on Excel‑based reporting, data accuracy, and administrative support, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail‑driven, operational setting.
The analyst will perform high‑volume data entry, reporting, documentation review, and customer communication while supporting billing and process development initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high‑volume data entry, reporting, and documentation review with a strong focus on accuracyBuild, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets daily (filters, sorting, formulas, tracking)Extract data from internal systems and transfer information into customer systems, including:Part numbersSKUsOrder numbersSerial numbersHardware and asset detailsCommunicate with customers and internal teams primarily via emailEnter, review, upload, and manage customer and internal documentationProvide daily and weekly reporting updates to managementAssist with billing support, including data entry, tracking, and reconciliation using ExcelSupport the development and documentation of new systems and operational processesQualifications3+ years of administrative, reporting, or data entry experienceIntermediate Excel proficiency required (spreadsheets, filters, formulas, data tracking)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and WordBackground in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse‑adjacent environmentsExperience with D365 (Dynamics 365) or ServiceNowWork EnvironmentOn‑site office located inside a warehouse facilityLarge operational campus with 500+ employees across two adjacent buildingsWorkspace located near management and leadership teamsMust be comfortable working in a warehouse‑adjacent office settingOn‑site 5 days per weekJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
