In this role, you will:

Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customersShare leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accountsIdentify opportunities for process improvements within the portfolioReview and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolioVerify compliance and report identified issues for resolutionMake decisions on complex customer issuesPartner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementationsDevelop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsHandle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolutionLead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the departmentCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Treasury Management product knowledge and experienceStrong telephone etiquette skillsStrong leadership skills, including initiative, accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate othersAbility to act as an extension of management supporting the broader team, leading escalations and managing partner relationshipsAbility to triage and troubleshoot complex issues, inclusive of root cause identification and communication of resolution to clients and internal stakeholders.Ability to lead, train & mentor others on the teamAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Job Expectations:

​Position hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMThis position currently offers a hybrid work scheduleSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
