These include, but are not limited toInternal clean-up of product codesAuthorized representative updates and signer maintenanceAddress changesLegal entity management requestsCustomer call preparation and transaction supportCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsHandle simple to complex issues that may include escalation and resolutionExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and process requirementsQuality check of work performed by junior team members and provide appropriate feedback on the sameEscalate any issues or concerns regarding operations that are exceptions or unique requests madeWork on key performance metrics as desired by seniors and management and report these internallyExperience in Commercial loan servicing or commercial lending operationsCustomer support focus with the ability to understand servicing needs and recommend solutionsCustomer service experienceAbility to provide strong customer service support and develop internal relationships with front line teamsAbility to participate in moderately complex customer transactionsKnowledge and understanding of business banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
