Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist to support the Energy & Power (E&P) Execution team, which supports the Renewables, Oil & Gas (Finance, Corporate and Canada), Power & Utilities, Midstream and Energy Services lines of business within Corporate Investment Banking. In this role, you will:
Provide credit deal team support responsible for proper initiation and accuracy of loan documentation and pre-closing/closing tasks for direct and operating exposureCoordinate loan booking and closing activities to ensure consistent, timely and accurate credit delivery to our clientsDevelop expertise in bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and ensure adherenceBook all operating exposure onto the applicable systems of recordEvaluate and ensure accurate new and existing data in the systems of recordPartner with managers to resolve issues and provide status updates on implementationsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Knowledge of credit systems, including LIQ, nCino, SalesForce, TRE, CoRS, WCIS, ICMP, ART, RCS, E-TRACKnowledge of booking and closing processesUnderstanding of the credit underwriting and customer due diligence processesUnderstanding and navigation of credit documentsExperience applying compliance and regulatory requirements, including Reg U, Reg W, Volker, QFC, CRR, FloodAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantOutstanding problem solving and decision-making skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsPay Range
