Business Relationship Support Specialist, TMT (telecom media & technology)
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist. This individual will provide high levels of support to relationship managers on customer business customers and partners within the business customer portfolios. Serve as main point of contact for operational and product questions. Duties may include proactively supporting client and/or product issues, monitoring account overdrafts, confirming source of funds, and partnering with internal teams to resolve office management on ad-hoc client inquiries tasks. **In this role, you will:** + Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customers + Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts + Identify opportunities for process improvements within the portfolio + Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio + Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution and make decisions on complex customer issues + Partner with managers to resolve issues and provide status updates on implementations + Develop expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements + Handle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolution + Lead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the department + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Interact with internal customers + Receive direction from leaders + Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Managed complex portfolios and resolve client issues, follow-through to resolution + Mid-Market experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury Management Product support + Supported Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) relationships + Investigated and interpreted complex analyses to mitigate risk + Payment processing exposure, supporting Wires transactions + Secure payment systems support experience (ACH, RTP) **Job Expectations:** + The hours for this position may vary + This position offers a hybrid work schedule at the posted location + Ability to travel 10% + Not eligible for visa sponsorship Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
