In this role, you will:

Manage assigned case load, while responding to e-mails or performing follow-up for missing informationEngage with the team individually and in team meetings to support GPL strategic prioritiesBuild strong partnerships with operations, relationship teams, vendors, and others and work collaboratively as one function in support of customersAdhere to In Office Guidelines and expectations for GPL employees.Be adaptable and adopt process changes to operate in a simpler, stronger, and smarter environment to maximize effectiveness, and create a foundation for superior risk management and executionProcess new revenue share set-ups and updatesComplete ongoing maintenance for existing customers according to contractual termsProcess payments, credit limit increases and decreases, funding account changes, billing cycle updates, and fee maintenance. Read, understand, and follow instructions and procedure for each case type

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

Position schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
