**Job Description**
**This is an onsite/hybrid position, requires 3 days onsite / 2 days remote weekly**
A Business Relationship Manager (BRM) I acts as a liaison between its internal department and external stakeholders, such as clients, customers, vendors, and partners. The primary role of a BRM is to develop and maintain strong relationships with these external parties to ensure the success of the business. Business Relationship Manager I advances the BRM capability by nurturing relationships both inside and outside the organization. BRMs focus on driving positive business results for the organization. BRMs focus on collaboration, business development, account management, and inclusivity. BRMs possess a shared commitment to teamwork and building and maintaining successful relationships. BRMs create a sense of trust, creativity, innovation, authenticity, and shared ownership across the organization. **Qualifications**
Education Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Information Systems with course work in Computer Science preferred or work experience equivalent.
+ Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP® - BRM Institute) preferred.
Experience Requirements
+ 2 years of progressive information systems management experience preferably in a health care field.
+ 2+ years of relevant functional experience (i.e. Working with business partners to identify technology priorities, communicating status of in-flight projects and requests to stakeholders, resolving conflict between stakeholders with competing priorities, coordinating technology solutions that require input from multiple teams, coordinating technology support for sites during disruptions that impact operations).
+ 1+ years of experience championing organizational evolution, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions.
**Compensation Statement**
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $99,200.00 - $148,800.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

**Responsibilities**
1. Collaborates with leaders both inside and outside the organization to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives.
2. Directs the utilization of information system resources and plans, designs, and implements organization wide information systems and technologies.
3. Manages the day-to-day operations of the Information Technologies Departments and coordinates the implementation, if necessary, system modifications at a minimum cost and effort. Remains current with technological advances and be able to apply them where applicable.
4. Coordinates planning, design, implementation, and technical support of organization wide information systems, networks, and departmental applications.
5. Collaborates with leaders both inside and outside the organization to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives.
6. Responsible for the development of organization wide systems standards (hardware, software, network systems) policies and procedures.
7. Champions a culture of shared ownership and constant organizational evolution.
8. Ensures that the business's products, services, and resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers, and that they are delivered in a way that drives the greatest possible value and impact.
9. Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills and building and maintaining strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization.
10. Completes required continuous training and education, including department specific requirements.
11. Provides intake for new ideas, requests, devices, and application through approval committees and contract reviews.
12. Performs other related duties.
