An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Business Relationship Manager to join the Linnaeus Group. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for working closely with their local referral centre to drive top line business growth and local referring vet engagement through relationship building. The primary objective of the BRM is to grow new and retain current referrals to the centre and to gain feedback from the veterinary practices on what services or opportunities could be improved in order for them to consider referring if they are not currently. The role will be working closely with the hospital Senior Leadership Team to provide business relationship plans for the practice to align with the business objectives to drive top line growth. The role will work closely with the designated hospital leaders’ team (Finance Business Partner, Operations Manager, and HR Business Partner) to deliver the practice’s planned growth. We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, strong organisation, and time management skills as who thrives as part of a team. This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week. Experience + Experience of building business support plans + Good stakeholder manager and relationship builder + Some knowledge of veterinary businesses and how they operate. + Field based experience. + Experience in a referral’s environment within healthcare.
