To support the Business Relationship Manager by analyzing credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of a broader client relationship

Are you someone who can:

Analyze credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of a broader client relationshipUnderstand the Year-on-year revenue growth versus budget for team portfolioAchieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standardsAct as the point of contact for the defined customer portfolio.Deal with customer complaints and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customerManage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client baseEnsure a competent portfolio management as well as asset and liability growthAchieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standardsManage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client baseMaximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationshipsConvert identified leads into successful sales

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements: 

A Relevant Business or Commerce Degree A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar environment of which 2-3 ideally on junior management level Agriculture and Tourism knowledge and experienceFlexibility to visit clients at their Farms or Lodges (Driver’s License is a must have)
