Business Project Manager

The **Business** **Project Manager** defines job activities and requirements for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and implementing project and/or interrelated program activities in a PMO (Project / Program Management Office) environment. This role provides leadership, organization and coordination to support PMOs key activities, encompassing program planning, governance and project management.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Project Planning: Developing **_detailed_** project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
+ Resource Management: Identifying resources needed, determining budget to ensure project success.
+ Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams **_from various business areas_** and IT professionals.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including executives, management, and team members, to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
+ Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks, such as technical challenges, budget overruns, and schedule delays, to keep the project on track.
+ Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, while minimizing disruption and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
+ Progress Tracking: Monitoring project progress against milestones and KPIs, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
+ Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and documentation of decisions and changes, to ensure clarity and accountability.
+ Closure and Evaluation: Overseeing project closure activities, including final deliverables, documentation, and lessons learned sessions to facilitate continuous improvement.
**Experience**
5-10 years of **IT/Business** Project Management
+ **HRIS:**
+ Understanding of HRIS platforms
+ Familiarity with **_HR processes_** such as payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
+ Experience in **_end-to-end HRIS implementation_** , including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
+ Experience in **_integrating HRIS_** with other systems (e.g., ERP, payroll systems, or third-party apps).
+ Knowledge of **_data migration_** , cleansing, validation, and reporting.
+ Understanding APIs, databases, and system architecture for troubleshooting and communication with IT teams.

+ An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
