Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead program planning, execution, and delivery to meet quality, timeline, and budget goals. Manage scope, risks, and changes, and maintain detailed work plans and deliverables.
Performance & Insights: Track program performance, analyze results, and support competitive research. Prepare presentations and reports for leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate alignment across teams, identify process efficiencies, and support tool enhancements. Lead documentation and training efforts for new tools and processes.
Executive Communication: Deliver regular updates to sponsors and escalate issues as needed.
Business Development Support:
Lead RFP management, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
Develop and maintain standardized processes for deal requests and related activities.
Curate and manage a high-quality presentation library for client engagements.
Track and document process exceptions to support governance and continuous improvement.
Field Collaboration & Enablement:
Partner with Ameriprise Advisor Group (AAG) field teams to implement best practices across operational workflows.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance field readiness and performance.
Strengthen engagement strategies to align teams with business objectives.
Provide reporting and insights to monitor progress, identify trends, and drive results.
Team Leadership (if applicable): Provide coaching and performance management. Advocate for the team and remove barriers to success.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
5 - 7 years relevant experience required.
Demonstrated capability in standard office and project management applications - Microsoft Office
Demonstrated experience in leading small- to medium-scale projects to successful completion and implementation; demonstrates innovative.
Ability to work in AAG Field or Corporate office.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $82,400 - $142,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
