DEINE/IHRE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN

 

Unser Team konzentriert sich auf die Beratung in den Kernprozessen der Branchen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, HighTech sowie Aerospace&Defense. Unsere Kompetenz liegt in der Gestaltung branchenspezifischer Prozessabläufe und ihrer Umsetzung mit der neuesten SAP-Software. Als  Business Processes Consultant in einem Team von 35 Consultants arbeitest du schwerpunktmäßig in Implementierungsprojekten mit SAP-Lösung für die Digital Supply Chain bei unseren Kunden. Hierin führst du die folgenden Aufgaben aus:

•  Anforderungsanalyse, Prozess- und Lösungsdesign

• Customizing, Konzeption und Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Add-on-Funktionalitäten

• Testunterstützung, Schulung von Kundenmitarbeitern und Go Live Support

 

Du bist mit Überzeugung, Leidenschaft sowie Lernbegeisterung dabei, bist sowohl ein neugieriger als auch kompetenter Zuhörer und hast ein feines Gespür für Dein Gegenüber. Du präsentierst komplexe Themen anschaulich und verständlich. Vor Publikum agierst Du professionell und zielorientiert. Du überzeugst durch Deine analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten.

 

Darüber hinaus wirst du unseren Produkt- und Beratungsvertrieb bei der Kundenbetreuung unterstützen und mit den Entwicklerteams zur weiteren Verbesserung der SAP Lösungen zusammenarbeiten.

 

DEIN/IHR PROFIL

 

Wir suchen eine/einen Business Consultant mit Freude an der Beratung in der diskreten Fertigung und direkter Interaktion mit Kunden.

 

Erforderlich:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master-Studium der Informationstechnik, (Wirtschafts)-Informatik oder (Wirtschafts)-Ingenieurwesen Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte aufzunehmen und verständlich zu vermitteln Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Mobilität und Reisefreudigkeit Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache Kenntnisse und erste Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in SAP DM, PP, PP/DS, IBP oder EWM Programmiererfahrung in ABAP oder Java, Javascript

Präferiert:

Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit SAP Signavio Arbeit in virtuellen und verteilten Teams
