You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enabling business transformation. You will focus on analysing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and support change management initiatives.

Stay current on emerging technologies and process improvement trends to recommend innovative solutions.

KPIs & Success Measures 

Process cycle time reduction (%) Cost savings achieved through process optimization Automation adoption rate Customer experience improvement metrics (e.g., NPS) Compliance with new processes and SOPs Project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets  Qualifications Experience in business process engineering, transformation, or continuous improvement.  Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and process mapping tools. Experience with retail operations and systems (ERP, POS, supply chain platforms). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher). Experience with automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate). Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR). Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in retail. Strategic thinking and innovation. Proven process optimisation and analytical skills. Collaboration and influencing. Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
