B Degree/B Tech Certification as a Business Process Professional Minimum of 8 years’ experience. Experience of Strategic Business Process Implementation. Experience in Enterprise-wide business process portfolio management. Experience in BPM Centre of Excellence establishment
Develop a functional strategy for the BPM function and ensure the execution of the strategy. Develop and maintain a Business Process Policy and procedure. Ensure the Governance and ownership (RACI) of processes. Initiate and plan Business Process improvement initiatives in conjunction with the PMO. Create and manage the Portfolio of Business Processes. Monitor and drive the implementation of Business Process initiatives across the organisation. Conducts periodic analysis of business process performance data. Provides strategic input and assistance in the development of departmental priorities. Evaluating existing processes to recommend improvement. Observing workplace activities to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency or productivity. Initiate and facilitate Business Process Review sessions. Regular audits on processes to determine adherence to the policy, the relevancy of the process and alignment with changes in the business and technology.
Develop a Centre of Excellence of Business Process Management. Build and maintain skills related to both process excellence related activities. Conducting research and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in business processes or developing new methods for improving efficiency. Developing and implementing process improvement plans, including documenting, and communicating changes to employees Participates in cross-group or corporate initiatives that aim at improving efficiency, service quality and cost savings Develop a business process budget and control the expenditure within the approved budget. Ensure that the Business Process Engineer has a signed performance agreement. Performance Assessments conducted and finalised as per the set timelines.
