We are currently looking for a Business Process Owner Ships in Service, based in Courbevoie (La Défense – 92).

 

Integrate a dynamic team: Within the Digital Solutions & Transformation division, you will join an international, agile and multicultural team. You will support the digital transformation of our Ships in Service activities worldwide, to increase our operational efficiency, improve quality and strengthen customer satisfaction.

 

Your main missions:

Digital transformation strategy:

Develop and prioritise the digital roadmap for the Ships in Service activity. Identify opportunities for business improvements with new technologies and contribute to the definition of the asset model, as a common backbone for all activities (Ships in Service, Design Review, New Building, Equipment & Material Certification)

 

Solution design and implementation:

Help sequence the transformation journey into agile steps (prototype → pilot → deployment). Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to shape, validate and maintain the digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business process, procedures, quality plans and client expectations, working closely with the Digital project managers Prepare and lead user tests, facilitate validation workshops with selected networks. Identify and launch pilot projects with selected countries/clients to ensure robustness of solutions before global deployment.

 

Stakeholder engagement and governance:

Organise and lead workshops with digital project managers, operational & technical management, country and client representatives. Facilitate alignment of stakeholders and decision-making processes. Participate in defining the change-management strategy: network support, communication, promotion of usage.

 

Your assets to succeed :

Proven experience in naval-classification Ships in Service activities (field surveyor, Ships in Service Quality Manager or Operations  Manager), ideally within Bureau Veritas or another classification society. Solution-oriented, appetite for transforming operating models and digital technologies. Curious spirit, proactivity, open-mindedness. You are able to communicate, bring people together and facilitate. You are determined, persuasive and assertive. Excellent communication in English. Available for occasional travel in France and internationally.
