Business Process Owner - (Outbound Sales)

In this role, you will be leading the operational design, implementation, and optimization of our outbound sales engine.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and implement lead management workflows, including scoring, routing, and attribution Manage campaign logic and segmentation to maximize conversion and pipeline generation Ensure CRM and outbound tools (e.g. Salesforce, Make, Sidekick) are properly configured, integrated, and aligned with team goals Support the rollout of new processes and automation in collaboration with the Outbound Growth Lead
Serve as the team’s go-to expert on outbound operations, driving adoption, maintaining clear documentation, and continually optimizing for performance
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience (with at least 3 in project management, marketing automation, or business consulting) Proven track record improving sales processes and workflows across large, multidisciplinary teams (300+ stakeholders) Hands-on experience with a range of tools (CRM, no-code automation, and AI) and evaluating their business impact Ability to collaborate with technical teams, define requirements, and follow up on delivery, alongside strong data analysis skills (SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce reports) Fluency in English (additional French, Italian, German, or Spanish is a plus) and advanced Excel expertise
