Within its digital transformation, Lacoste is launching a major program to review and improve its business processes and associated information systems to support company growth and agility.
ROLE
We are looking for a BPO (Business Process Owner) within Supply Chain domain, focused on Procurement Management. Directly reporting to Global Supply Chain BPO, you will lead Procurement Management business stream within SAP S/4 implementation project, from General Design to pilot implementation and roll-out across all Lacoste entities. Your Scope within Supply Chain will cover following topics:
Demand & Supply planning integration
Procurement Management, ie Supply Plan execution:
Purchase Orders creation
Purchase Order Portfolio Management and Tracking
Upstream Transport Management [from supplier to destination markets]
MAIN OBJECTIVES
As Procurement BPO, your will:
Gather business requirements related to business processes within your scope
Design target business process [Core Model] based on best-in-class practices and consistent with Lacoste long term business plan
Continuously challenge the specificities of Lacoste processes to evaluate their added value against standard practices embedded into SAP S/4 Fashion
Identify and onboard relevant Subject Matter Experts to contribute to target design
Secure proper documentation of target processes with relevant level of granularity
Secure cross-functional consistency of target processes, management rules and objectives with other departments (Procurement, Operations, Procurement, Distribution, Finance & Controlling, Logistics, …),
Shape the future organizations [target roles & profiles and associated responsibilities] in coordination with relevant heads of departments
Support definition of standard reports and management routines
Lead change management effort leading to new processes’ and system adoption and transfer of ownership by/to operational teams
Act as a digital transformation ambassador, promoting the change and closely collaborate with other BPOs and IT counterparts to ensure cross-functional solution consistency and feasibility.
Profile Idéalement vous êtes diplômé d'un master en école de commerce, école d’ingénieur ou universitaire (BAC+5) et disposant de plus de 10 ans d’expérience en Supply ChainVous maîtrisez les concepts et processus Supply Chain, notamment de planification de la demande et des approvisionnements dans un contexte internationalFort d’une expérience opérationnelle, vous savez challenger l’existant, être force de proposition et rendre actionnables et pérennes les solutions définies en lien étroit avec les Key Users et experts internesIdéalement, vous connaissez SAP et/ou avez participé à un projet d’implémentation de SAP S4 La connaissance du secteur de la Mode et/ou de la Distribution sont un plusVous parlez anglais couramment

Master’s Degree
10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, especially Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement management in international context
Deep knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and processes
Based on your operational experience, you are able to challenge existing practices, propose / build alternative actionable and sustainable processes / scenarios, through strong collaboration with internal experts and key users.
Fashion industry experience is a plus
SAP S4 knowledge and SAP S4 implementation project experience is a plus
APICS/CPIM or APICS/CSCP like certification is a plus
